Hello and welcome! I am delighted you are here! I'd like to share a bit about me. First, I love the gift of mornings, and I love feeling fully alive to start each day! Morning glories, some of my favorite flowers, remind me of one of my favorite quotes about glory by St. Irenaeus. He said, "The glory of God is the human person fully alive." I am on a continual journey to find glory in each day by living the healthiest version of myself. I also truly enjoy helping other people discover their own best versions of glorious health and wellness. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of health and wellness theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

I also like moving my body every day! Yoga, stretching, hiking, and walking my pup are some of my favorites, but, what I especially enjoy is running. One of my favorite memories as a runner happened in September of 2018 at the start of the Great Smoky Mountain Half Marathon. I had run many races over the years, but something was different about this race. Standing at the starting line, I was keenly aware of God's glorious tones of the orange, pink, and yellow sun lifting over the horizon. For the first time in many years, I felt truly healthy and glorious within my body. I was stepping up to the starting line fully alive and present. What a great way to start a race and to start a day! The benefits of years of letting go of unhealthy habits while incorporating new and worthy habits one step at time ultimately led me to this moment. I felt and continue to feel energy and vitality and purpose. Of course, some days are more challenging than others, but I've learned action steps to make the most of each day regardless of circumstances.
How do you feel fully alive?
This passion for discovering lifestyle choices that help me feel best in my own body motivated me to want to share this excitement with others. With the encouragement of family and friends, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and took a deeper exploration into how balanced living could result in a happy and fulfilled life. Upon graduation from IIN, I enrolled in the Detox Your Life course and studied more in depth strategies for holistically detoxing our lives - mind, body, and spirit. I learned many practical methods for cleaning up my nutrition, my beauty products, my home environment, and my mindset. Every day is a gift. My mission is to walk (or run!) along side others and help them discover which tools help them feel fully alive each and every morning and throughout each and every day.
